We have been insured by Allstate since June of 2012. They have had all of our vehicles and our Homeowners policies. Over the past 2 years we have had very little personal service from them. Phone calls haven't been returned and I have had to resort to emails to communicate with them. I have been looking for a new insurance agent. I found GreatFlorida Insurance. From the very first phone call I knew I had found the perfect Agent. Joe Altenburg has been a blessing. I don't have to wait for call backs. He calls me every day to keep me informed every step of the way.   Our new homeowners  policy with Joe has the same exact coverage for $5000. less than Allstate. Our auto policy saved us $900. a year. I couldn't believe it. The efficiency with which he interacts with his clients is so refreshing. The customer comes first here. He's more concerned with doing right by his clients the the almighty buck. We're here for life.

When I tell you David and Joe are the absolute best. I was having the hardest time trying to get insurance that wasn't sky high but still gave me full coverage. Well I wasn't sure about a non major insurance company but David cleared all my fears and I ended up with a reasonable quote with a great company and I'm so relieved and happy that I trusted Great Florida Insurance. I would recommend them a 1000 times and then some. Try them you want be disappointed.

Joe really goes the extra mile , he was able to immeadiatly update my policy to reflect changes necessary due to a refinance on my car while I was on the road and unable to access the documents via my smartphone .. On top of all that he shopped around for me and cut my monthly rate by more than 30% !!!!!!. Wonderful person to deal with , highly recommended....

I have had insurance coverage with a particular company for over 25 years, and had been told the rates I was paying were as good as it gets. Joe came highly recommended by a good friend, and wow was he on point!! His response time was extremely quick, he was very professional, and quite knowledgeable of his craft. He made me feel comfortable and he did not exude one bit of that "salesmany" attitude that you get from some other companies. Oh, and did I mention he found an auto policy for me and my boys, with the SAME coverage, and WAAAAAAY cheaper!!! My only regret is that I didn't know about his company sooner!!

After getting to know Joe at Great Florida, my wife and I asked him to help us with our car insurance. Their service is excellent and he was able to save us significantly compared to our previous Allstate policy without sacrificing our coverage. Carrier rates change from year to year so it's important to have someone that will shop multiple companies at each renewal. If you're looking for a local agent like this, call Joe.

Whitney was very patient and answered all of our questions. She and Joe helped us to get the correct coverage we needed for our Auto insurance so we could meet the requirements of our employer and also make sure we were covered in case of a claim. I had some questions about auto and home insurance pending a move to Florida. I contacted Joe Altenburg at Great Florida and he answered every question. Great customer service.
